I am almost a year without Porn now, no masturbation for almost 300 days and only straight sex. I still sometimes have these transwoman ideas, but it's less strong and I can control it.

I’m at a similar stage to you (day 71 of nofap) and I also have strong urges to watch that type of P. I’ve just been trying distracting myself. Going for a run, doing something around the house, bit of painting tidying a room out etc. Things to distract the mind.
