How does this compare with the Passion of Christ Jesus?
The pain and suffering he accepted for our sins.
He who was without sin.
An unblemished lamb.
I am praying and meditating upon this.

Hi Mark, God bless you. You said "suffering the pain of abstaining from PMO". I recently read about Allen Carr SPAM REMOVED (spam code #001) - REPORT TO MODERATION method, and I think it's not necessary to experience this as suffering. Instead of suffering during abstaining, you could be happy that you have chosen freedom from pmo. Each urge could remind you how happy you are that you quit. Personally, I think this is a better way to look at it. What do you think?
