Hey guys, I joined the group a few days ago and wanted to say thanks to everyone who is here. Its alot easier to deal with this specific addiction when theres a group thats willing to talk about it. Im looking forward to hearing the different ways everybodys dealing with it, and how well its working for them.

Personally, I think the hardest thing for me to deal with is getting the images out of my head. Because of the ways those files work, I feel like the images and words are burned into your mind, unlike “regular” porn. Im hoping that with enough abstinence from porn, the images and phrases will fade away...has anyone else struggled with that? Thanks! Cheers!
