  things are pretty good overall to be honest, thanks for being so encouraging. More in love with T than ever before, just want to spend all our time together. Sex life is great too. Career stuff is still pretty ropey, but it's no longer my number 1 priority so that's okay. Had a quick catch up on your posts, glad to see your revelations about relationships and confidence.

  but now that i'm 130 days and have only watched explicit material for educational purposes (on 3 occasions without any habits forming) I genuinely feel like I have rebooted. I very rarely feel the slightest urges or curiosities with porn, but they are easy to ignore.
