        No actually this is not true. No offence, but if you are sad you don't have to run from it. Feel sad, embrace the sadness. Life is not meant to be only hapiness. Life is so special because it has these ups and downs. That is what makes happiness happiness.

        However to you have to surrender to it? No. Do you have to fight it, no. No just embrace it, feel it, let it pace. But don't supress it.
