Thanks man. My insomnia got much better and I feel I will be one of those who will make it to break free from porn longterm.

There are multiple issues (have nothing to do with nofap) that drive me almost insane these days, almost no sleep at night is only one of them. Tough days, but I have to make it.

I´m doing good, only suffer from insomnia these days, even sleeping pills don´t help. Should do more sports.

Exercise really does help me. And, in the sunlight or outdoor air. Tends to induce circadian rhythms, IME. Sleep issues are familiar to me, for sure. @Atlanticus has been helping get some of us focused on those improvements. With great results, all together.

It's a long process, but you will get there. There are no easy solutions unfortunately. Just lots of willpower, trying (and failing), but if you want it enough, and I know you do, you will get there :). We believe in you!
