    You don't have to forget p. If it comes to your mind at some point, which is very much likely to happen, you can say to yourself, " I am a very happy non pmoer! Isn't it great to be free from pmo slavery." Nofap is a conscious decision but it needs reinforcement to the subconscious mind. Have a lovely day :-)
