    I am just a man trying to deal with porn and the problems it has caused. Like most, I first thought that porn was "normal", due to peers and the way many in society just accept it, and I got angry at those who tried to tell me otherwise.

    Soon after though, I began to realise that porn is empty, void of any emotion and connection, and that it only leaves feelings of shame and dismay.

    I now feel like I need a change, and hope to find help and support here, and if all goes well, hopefully I will get to a point where I can help others with their struggles with porn.
