Ended yesterday with little over 24k steps and today I've completed 7k steps till now. Going slow today and Target is 12k steps.

In the morning I reported low energy but now I feel better. Have already walked 16764 steps or 7.88 km as per Google fit. Will make it 20k

Feel so low and tired today. Have no energy to do anything. Just want to sleep for the next couple of hours. Still walked 3500 steps till nw

Walked over 12k steps today. Controlling this surge in energy is hard, but eventually I will get used to it.

Day 3- it's going great. No big urges but there are times when my hand slips in between. Being very cautious.

Day 1 went very well. I went for both the morning walk and evening walk. Was exhausted by the end of the day, but liked it. April 7,2019
