Porn is the Enemy Here. Change your relationship with Craving, Change your relationship with the Urge, and Change your Life. Jan 29, 2019

You say, "P is the enemy here. O is not." However, orgasms during rebooting cause a chaser effect. Not only from masturbation, but from partnered sex and even from wet dreams. So, orgasms may not be the enemy, but they are not helpful in a smooth, quick recovery from porn.

thx for note. in the first two weeks as you shock your system off porn, I totally agree, masturbation is not a good idea. I'll do some research on the chaser effect you mentioned, but intuitively I feel swearing yourself of orgasms for an extended period of time is not needed to break porn addiction

P is the enemy here. O is not. M can go either way depending on the person/circumstances.
