Im seeing a therapist now, first day was yesturday, it was refreshing, awkward, scary, and helpful all at the same time.

Extreme anxiety after that relapse, past 2 days, hopefully this means my brain is getting use to pmo free, reading and mediating alot
I went 14 day best yet, then relapsed just now, hope i can recover wish me luck

Im also torn because i want to meet ppl socialize which usually includes drinking, but drinking is a direct trigger for pmo ending the night
Im starting again, but im just worried about weekends, past 3 weekends are what messed me up, gotta try to make healthy plans for them now
