Hello so to start with, why I have set 21 days challenge first and not decided to quit it completely, and the reason for that is as scientific research shows that in order to build a new habit one needs to perform it consecutively for 21 days, therefore I am starting to procastinate on Masturbation and porn and everytime the urge to Masturbation comes I will say tomorrow, Yes We Can!
