Male mid 20's. I started watching porn more than 10 years ago and didn't notice how bad it was for my life. I have been struggling ever since. Around 5 years ago I realized how bad it was and I started trying to quit without any noticeable improvements. Around 2 years ago I decided that it was just too much to bear and that I needed to quit for good. I tried to quit and I failed but I managed to permanently reduce the frequency. However, this last year has been a roller coaster with many changes in my life. I have to keep focused and I have to prepare for the future. So I'm quitting for good. I can't control myself, my addiction controls me. PM makes me feel sad, lonely and ashamed. It's bad for me and it's bad for the world. I just want to be free and the fight starts today.
