  Hi! I got big urges ystrdy bt somehow overcame. Was happy about that! One helpful thing was thinking of ppl I will see in the next few days & how yuck I'd feel if had given in, coz the ppl don't think I struggle in this area, & I want to live up to that :)
  Today no urges. I'm making plans of attack for when urges come again. How about you?
