        What were you wanting to know. I struggle with porn and I have trouble maintaining my consistency on nofap. I had reached a week just before and I relapsed. I haven't been motivated to do much lately and that's why I have been relapsing. So I am just trying to find inspiration within to keep on my journey

        If I get an urge, I usually end up fapping. I tried to do push ups or cold showers, or even going out for a walk. But I have difficulty if the urge is quite strong
