I fell off not gonna lie.

I'm so happy but I still have so many issues that keep me from reaching my full potential.

Took a bit of a hiatus for finals week and Christmas break. Feeling good, but I need to get back into NoFap and self-care! Happy holidays!

Doing very well right now! Will probably start posting on my journal thread again soon.

Currently at my lowest point. Spiraling out of control. Eating destructively. Low hygiene. Disrespecting my girlfriend. Creeping. Ugh.

I have officially experienced my first relapse. I will not be updating my journal until I start another streak, but I will continue posting.

Experienced a reset… but I feel more connected to my girlfriend than ever. A lesson to be learned? Sure, but a defeat? Not at all.

I’m having a lot of weak moments but I’m pushing through. I hope I can stay focused.
