the past ,the future, the present is darkness as a younger one i felt hope less, it wasnt until i become fully spiritual an on nofap that the light was in me all along we are comets glazing across the vast dark universe

that makes perfect sense - on a deeper level NoFap can be the beginning of taking care of your own energy, cleansing it and freeing yourself of negative entities constantly feeding off of your energy who only keep you down, feeding off of your light, resulting in being kept in the dark, away from the light.
