So I broke my no pmo streak on purpose. Reason: curiosity. I'll see how it goes in the next days. The immediate thoughts: nah, never again.
I don't view it as an excuse. The thing is that I didn't "relapse", "give in" to any "urge". I literally planned to do so and definitely could've kept going on.

This day feels like I'm sleeping awake. Brain fog, nothing productive is being done. Aware of the situation, but not feeling motivated.
Probably not really. During my uni years I've completely screwed up my sleeping schedule. I only returned to sleeping at night fairly recently, around the beginning of this year or so.

I derailed significantly for about two weeks. I stopped doing most of my "good habits" and I'm almost starting to waste time again.
I just moved recently, so I thought that "I don't have time". That's a lie. It's time to get back on track.

The most important thing is that I didn't binge once on the things from my challenge list. And if I notice something that is not on this list and is a problem I'll just add a new rule.
atleast you notice you are wasting important time on unimportant stuff... yup its too hard to avoid youtube... i have pause my search history and also watch history so i dont get many recommendations on my timeline all i see is mostly from the channels i have subscribed
I have an idea. The goal is 90 days with no internet video of any kind (YT, TikTok, etc.),no games and social media, only tiny exceptions.
