    Since I came out of a short but
    destructive relationship in 2015 I turned to PMO. She stalked me for another two years and it left me with depression and in the end a eating dissorder. I am back again thanks to working out, healthy and I am very thankful because of that. But the PMO is still there, everytime there is any anxiety. I feel so bad after the PMO so I decided to quit now. Not at christmas, new year or my birthday as I usally think. To be honest I have been scared to see someone else, scared that it will not be that "easy" to come back again if it happens all over again. I just want a "girl next door" girlfriend, no earthquake drama.
    With this Nofap/NoPMO I hope to trust in myself and my ability to date again.
