Sometimes I have this type of dreams also. Dreams are the unconscious expression of our mind. So what we do in real life have an effect on dreams but not often. It shows you are trying too hard and this efforts of yours is transfered to your unconscious. But in the unconscious there’s no fixed formula or solution for me. I'm working in an equation but never able to fix it. As if I'm trying too hard.

Actually the most hurting part is I have broke my 61days highest streak and after this relapse I am doing pmo in excess and the result is now I have lost my productivity and most of the time I try to escape the reality or either find the solution of this because I can't resist for a single inner devil urge of pmo for last 30 days and now I frustrated with my habits this was the reason to quit

61 days is a fantastic effort, you ought to be pleased with that. It's proof you can get there again, just keep trying.

Happen to me frequently, get a long streak and then relapse for days..just try and try again till you aren’t able to properly restart nofap
