Yes. I believe that we can stop for good. Especially focusing on the "we" part of that statement. AP, NoFap community and 12 step S meetings have helped me enormously.

Fasting will help much faster in dealing with urges and healing.

Relapsing is not a solution. Just stay away from the triggers or the causes of them. Slow down. Take one day at a time.
