I made a mistake. I did not guard myself and got shrouded in an empty dark room and didnt control my thoughts but you know what..... THATS OK! I relapsed and you know what, I am thankful I can get back up. I figured where I went wrong and I am fixing it for future events. Not fun to be at day 0...
