      Sometimes it helps to break this struggle down into smaller pieces to work on. Research shows that it's best to focus your willpower on one thing at a time. So I'd encourage you to set a goal of absolutely no P but if you M, so be it. Don't beat yourself up over that. Just stay focused on no P. As you do that, M will probably drop way down too. Give it a try.

        Is already did once or twice. Point is, the urges don't subside after I M without P, they are only reinforced for some reason. So I would usually PMO after that. So I don't think that approach will work. Thanks for you suggestion anyway.
