My daily routine was like work-home-work-home 5 days a week and then I'd would watch a movie, or in fact, some porn the whole weekend. Eventually, my mind was so occupied with prn, that I couldn't stop thinking about the stories/ videos I watch.

I started realizing that I was too engrossed in this artificial world to even concentrate at other important aspects. And then I came upon this website through a Quora answer, and I decided to change my daily routine.

Well, the result is mind blowing. Now, instead of wasting my time on phone, I utilized that same time in other activities like exercising in Gym, as well as putting more efforts in learning the new programming language and gaining expertise in it.

Thankfully in just 2 weeks, I have learned to control my mind to not to think beyond the line and concentrate on myself physically and mentally rather than on virtual world.
