Hi! I'm just the same as you. Here's how I am trying to handle my issue with porn and masturbation
- I'm reading books on porn addiction to understand the science behind it.
- I'm reading psychology to understand why that happens. (I looove psychology btw)
- I'm trying to be busy and being active.
- I constantly look for new angles to see this issue. The lastest being through the "Future Authoring" program by Dr Jordan Peterson. It has been of great help.
