It is time to pull this addiction out of the dark, and into the light.

Whatever can happen at any time, can happen today. One day you'll free yourself from addiction, why not today?

Today a new wave of confidence brought me back to these forums, hopefully this will mean the end of addiction!

The addiction is fighting a losing war on all fronts, and soon it will be eradicated and purged from my life completely.

Fill the day with valuable activities, and don't worry that it's busy. Idle time is the devil's playground.

We wouldn't drink liquid poison every day would we? So why should other rules apply for digital poison?

Why should we want to return to the confines of darkness and addiction, when even the hard parts in freedom are still enjoyable?

One small positive change can set in motion an avalanche of huge improvement in life. We'll do good to remember that.

Keep in mind that the "crutch" porn offers against the stresses of life is an illusion. Often it is even the source of those stresses!

We have built this prison ourselves, that means we have the key to escape it ourselves as well. We can all escape this addiction.
