Relapse after 72 days but I'm OK. Barely any P/M. Almost relieved to have felt sexual urges after months of nothing due to stress/depression
What a stressful day. In the past, this would have sent me straight into a PMO binge, but I'm not going to destroy myself like that anymore!
My brain seems to be recovering. I'm now able to learn and remember new things, which was nearly impossible before. This is a huge positive! -
