    it was not too bad, mostly walking like a zombie, no motivation, not willing to talk to anyone, just bored and disappointed generally, but I woke up today feeling a little bit better, hope things start going well

    Funny, I think this is just the precise point, we have to learn to cope with those slaps. Your life will have many slaps for you and they will come from all directions. You have just passed your first nofap test then as your counter looks good!
