Day 28, weekend is dangerous especially if the weather is cold and not motivating to get out . But I'll do anything to keep myself busy.

Day 26. Feeling more focused but still in a state of mild depression. I find it hard to laugh. I guess this is all normal
Day 23. Mood is up and down I guess that's absolutely normal. The mood tends to be more towards flatline
Day 21 and have a mixed of unexplained feelings of hate and anger, not sure what's happening
Day 17 and the beast inside is waiting the Cages to be destroyed on day 90
