You should definitely try Manga. It's not as ecchi sometimes if its a Sci-Fi, High School story or even Slice Of Life. An innocent one I've watched though is called After The rain, its a simple Café story which is interesting.

Best way to stop edging I found is to take more walks and listen to NoFap vids to align with the purpose of living without pmo. After a few days the sensitivity goes down providing your avoiding sexual content

yes ,it was due to me edging and relapsing the day prior, i had extra help in my department with a girl from another ,but i wasn't in the best of mood, i explained i was experiencing aniexty, i know she would understand
