i was on a 2 week vacation from school, im back tomorrow, i dont want it to interferr to a point imy grades drop, i know if i get a streak going im more passionate with school work

he explained we've stopped writing things down, stopped verbal story telling cus we feel it don't work,so we ritualistically practice something to remember it, especially if its traumatic, rituallistically do something that relates to the tramua so we kno not to do it again or to stay away from it, my mind was blown

with this in mind, next time urge gets to its regular strength, im putting foot down, no more rituals , i well write about it,talk about it, nooo ritualistic pmo

p&m is a form of self abuse,were u abused growning up like me, p&m brought fimiliarity, fimiliar to the abuse, but i no longer see evil, i only see growing the force

Play some video games or do something productive if it is killing you that much from inside.

It happened with me as well, then I devoted myself to a goal, therefore it doesn't become a problem.

I used to desperately look for a partner to fill this void and even if I managed to go on long streaks because the reason was to find a partner I always ended up relapsing because I was not doing it for me but for someone else. You should believe that this is your own journey and women will come at the right time.

I've been slacking off these past few days, but slowly I'm gaining momentum and I'm getting back on track, I honestly feel I'm going to hit a flatline soon, or maybe I'm in one, but I don't know for sure :)
