I believe (from personal experience) that is is easier to do when you have someone or people that you become accountable to (significant other). While I did give up on porn for myself, I do attribute the success to replacing the time I spent viewing porn alone and depressed, to being out with others, whether it is a family cookout, game night with the cousins, or just talking with some very close friends.

Okay I was starting to disagree with you, but you clutched it. Yes it’s good to have someone or people that you become accountable to, but it’s super important that you’re “why” for continuing to do NoFap or choosing not to succumb to urges isn’t “for them” and you still retain the “for you” bit.

It can get super murky in your own head over time when you’re doing it FOR your partner, or FOR someone you like. And the relapse will be 20x hard too.

Hey, it happens. What matters is even through all of this you’ve kept doing NoFap. When you start this new semester, you’ll be able to keep going a little more easily as there won’t be as much pressure, and before you know it you’ll have the benefits needed to overcome the academic challenges you’re dealing with. i hit the pool/steam room when ive had body injury or feeling a cold coming on, its magical, the physiotheraohy heals my injury ,the steam room seems to help with colds

There's some sites with info about how to approach it. First bit is just write write write a lot. Have you done a short story before. Like 3 acts? Getting from there to 100 pages of 10 chapters 10 pages each is a do-able goal!

Personally I’m a huge fan of gender neutral bathrooms. We’re all people, but not everyone fits neatly into identifying as male or female.

females dont seem to mind using them,but say, downtown public washrooms introduce that, i doubt females would use them ,
