Yeah I am doing good, yesterday I was feeling really depressive, but today I am better. The meds are keeping me in check, I did have few urges yesterday after a long time, but my depression kinda saved me as I was too lazy to even act out the urges lol. Music is keeping me motivated and feel alive. When I see my friends who are successful, a pang of jealousy mixed with feeling of worthless hits me hard.

But one quote keeps me alive- Even though my situation is incomprehensible, even though my whole is turning into disaster, I will be glad that I am sober, I can die happily without feeling regret. This quote is really meaningful.

I am sorry buddy. I believe you will surpass your friends one day, just have patience buddy. And the quote is indeed meaningful, definitely true. Stay strong and patient!

Hey buddy, thanks a lot for keeping an eye out on me. I haven't got into any deep rabbit hole but at present I am not getting any motivation to continue the Nofap (I am relapsing after a week of streak and binging for few hours). I've watched few nofap videos and got some motivation, hope it lasts long. I want 2021 to be an year I finally quit. I am tired of this mess, I can't live like an irresponsible kid anymore.
