i have been struggling with PMO for 8 years now. Always wanted to stop, and always gave in once i relapsed. Over the course of the 8 years, i wanted to stop for various reasons. Im here now to find the motivation, inspiration and the people to help me to stop once and for all and to better me in all aspects.
