    Although there's no way I could say, "I know how you feel", I have had dark days too after relapses which in hindsight were really foolish, putting myself in impossible situations personally and noting the results. I'm low on advice...just praying for you. Please get rest and give things a fresh start tomorrow with the help of the community. We'll fall many times on the path but continue on with help.
