    I have tried many times to stop watching Porn and Masturbation but always fell right back into it after a few weeks. As a Christian always felt shame and felt I could not admit this problem to anyone, but I am now fully committed to removing this from my life. I know what I must do now the hard part is actually doing it.
    I am tired of feeling like a hypocrite. A few days ago my younger brother came to me and told me he was struggling with this. I told him things to do to stop but I haven't even stopped myself. I want to be an example to him to show him that there is hope. That he can overcome this.
