    I'm new to NoFap and so glad to read your experiences and advice. I'm married with kids and began my recovery after an intervention.

    I didn't know my problem with PMO was so deep until I attended LifeStar Network's Intensive Outpatient Program and had a week of intensive therapy which has set me on the road to recovery. I have been PMO free since 1:40 p.m. April 16. So that's 19 days! I'm still having impulses and occasionally porn substitutes but I try to remember the story I've decided to live and it really brings me back to reality.
