After ten days relapse again...too much wine last night...lets stand up a try again...
DAY 3 - I am doing okay today. I still feel demotivated after last relapsing...I need to take some more strength for next fight...
I am back...I am giving myself second chance. It is somehow harder to stand up again after relapsing...
