    Something I don't understand is edging. I know what it is. Why is it pervasive without the reward of O? Or, it damage due to dopamine that prevents O.

    Yeah I watched the video, it was good stuff! I think edging is bad because it messes with the dopamine cycle, like you said. If it feels good, that means your mind is being fed dopamine. That messes with your recovery.
