I went cold turkey for 223 days, then relapsed. Good news is, I average half a year to a year of abstinence. My recovery, mental and physical, has improved due to this. I see the path and I will walk it. 4/27/2025

I have reset the challenge as of yesterday. Forward is the right direction. Discipline, patience, and commitment now. Getting more sleep too

Deleted dating apps. Stopped selling myself, earning long-term gains. Freelancing for freedom, seeking a high salary job for security.
Stop PMO = Stop pursuing women. Catch-22: you are attracted and indifferent to women. Blinders off, discernment on, for the right people.
Remember, P does nothing for you. P uses you, makes you do everything for P. P takes all good away from you. Go towards what matters most.
August 12 2022 - Tip: Use app blocker 1 to block app blocker 2 (after you set what you are blocking on 2) so you don't unblock 2 endlessly.
August 6 2022 - Bought Braun alarm clock. Phone off at 5pm, at foot of bed. Power saving mode + app blockers = dumb phone. Distraction-free.
July 23 2022 - Protect your energy. Protect your sexual energy. Anything below the belt must not be crossed.
July 20 2022 - The old you is not the real you, the new you is. Don't hurt yourself, heal yourself. Pace yourself, but fight stagnation.
July 18 2022 - Relapsed after 99 days, stress from home life and meeting quotas at work. Deleted apps and removed access. I can do better.
June 27 2022 - 2 new remote jobs. Plan to work them more than my P-T jobs. Income streams that serve your time, mental health, and wallet.
June 12 2022 - Charity cocktail event; spent more $ catering, not many thank you's. Some kind faces. Made 2 sales. No more events w/ booze.
May 25 2022 - Stayed up all night until 6am working on my website. My landing pages, links, and design are up to speed now. Progress.
May 11 2022 - Phone call from same girl I met. My "date" was her professional meeting. I didn't ask if she wanted a relationship. What now?
May 4 2022 - First date in 6 years. She came early to study. Helped write her apps. Both introverted, talked for six hours over coffee.
