    It all happened becoz of taking that stupid hairloss drug finasteride for 4 days. I was going very strong with my NoPMO. I don't know what happened to my brain and body after taking that drug. I got into major major depression and suicidal thoughts. All day hangover and my exams are coming and i couldn't memorize anything like before.

    Don't give power to anything external to make you PMO. Fundamentally, only you can make yourself PMO. Your brain used the drug as a pivot to convince yourself to PMO. Watch out next time, may you learn from this.

    Been depressed too. I’ve been writing out the good things I have in life as well as meditating about them. Seems to help. We do have a lot more good in life than we realize. I know it’s a constant battle to try n stay positive. But we have to keep fighting.

    Boiled baking soda as shampoo (rinse off thoroughly within 5 minutes) might help as well. As a side note: mixing the use of industrial products with that of natural stuff is ill advised, imho.

    Your about to hit the days where the only reason you PMO is by you willingly walking in its trap. Keep going, always remember that PMO never has and never will help you in anyway. Look at what it did to your life, Absolutely nothing. In fact, quite the opposite probably.

    Always remember that PMO is never the correct option, no matter what that monster in your brain tries to tell you. Even if it doesn't cure your hairloss. Quitting PMO is going to cure your well-being. PMO is a drug addiction, you can't enjoy drug addiction.

    All wet dreams mean is that you don't have perfect control over your mind. As long as you are working towards that in your awaking life, all you can do is take them with a grain of salt. The dream fatigue disappears fully in a day or even less from my experience. I feel the more you believe it is tiring you, the more it will. I think it is best to continue on as if the wet dream didn't even happen. Don't feed it.
