    True, I have started with Social media Detox, No other than NoFap I can't access any sites, and literally I can see my level of addiction, Addict inside me is constantly wanting to use Social media but so far so good. After a long time I had a great study session. And I'm coming over the Social anxiety which I developed due to PMO. LETS GOOO

    Pre planing :- yeah. It goes as follows say i have some important project / exam, i will tell my demon of PMO that i will fap after exams. And then after exams i dont remember this shit, and then i didnt fap. But, it only worked for 2-3 times. And then i started fapping.

  Do you really want to stop or not? If you want to - delete all triggering apps. Don't say: I will use it only 2 hours a day. Don't use them. At least for now. You know which ones they are. Just write down the things that trigger you, and think about how to avoid them. You just have to really analyze it. Write also, usual scenario, what happens why you fall...

    DAYUM it. I was literally looking better today. Now, the thing is I have to IMPOSE restriction, I won't just keep it vague..... And now, I feel I have to take out the tricks that worked for me ( but I left it idk why )
