Hey mate! Sorry for the late reply but it’s day 9 now feelings really good about myself. I’m surprised at how easy I’m finding it but I think that’s because I want to change rather than feeling like I have to. My self confidence is sky high and I feel a lot more productive during the day. Very happy I discovered this journey
