Today was one of those days where nothing happened. Too wet and cold to go out, can't afford to go to shops and can't be bothered with it.

Woke up at 10 day, I feel a bit fatigued. I have been trying to fast my internet usage to an hour a day for a week. It's tough.

Went for an evening walk, wasn't going to make any excuses. Woke up a bit late but I did it anyway. Legs are sore but I feel good.
Woke up 9 in the morning, sibling was screaming the entire night. Despise that little shit.
Had to reverse engineer my bloody laptop to delete the Microsoft Store. That's the lengths I have to go.
Relapsed. Should have been wiser, found a loophole while scrolling. I was having such a good day too. Well, I tried lads.
Ate a sausage roll.
Went for a 30 minute run, could have gone earlier but didn't want to waken anyone up. Feeling good, very tired now.
Woke up at 5:25 in the morning with nine and a bit hours of sleep. Showered, had breakfast, off for my morning walk. Life is good. :>

Caught a bit of a cold so I am having a lie-in. Very sore head.
Did the maths and I have more than halved the number of times I relapse in a month. That is significant progress. One step at a time, lads.
Relapsed. I managed to find a loophole, won't say which, but have managed to fix it. Disappointed but I am glad of the progress I have made.
3 months of free time. Feels a bit daunting. First few days of nofap streak are usually sore and involve brain fog.
