I'm doing nofap 80% for benefits and my brain came to know it
So it uses them to make me fail
According to my logs I relapsed the days I felt hopeless and turned blind eyes on what I want
Nofap isn't miracle it's a boost and the moment I forget it I've relapsed

Ii may be that this act of constantly going on this community raises awareness , and by doing that you suddenly become more aware of your upward listed states of being. And once you abandon your habitual thoughts of Nofap , awareness is again reduced.
