First timer 26 days in, guys! Barely think about P and feeling strong, so glad I foundation this place.
Shit this is getting hard. I don't feel like using P but I'm going crazy 17 days in on NoFap for the first time.
Thanks, guys! Gotten loads of encouraging feed back on the forums, and it helps a lot. I was obviously over confident going in, but I'm humbled and motivated to keep pushing the days.
