Yeah, I had to walk around this afternoon, it helped me to feel less stressed. I want to walk everyday and when I fix my eating I'll go back to gym ^^D
Since yesterday I'm feeling more and more that I need to hang out with friends. I'm realising that somehow the P was occupying the friends' space in my life
I'm conscious that I'm starting a new journey in my life. That makes me more confident despite I am not "happy" all the time hehe
