Although I am aware and experienced the benefits of nofap, I slip into the old habits time and again. I forget all the positivity of nofap very soon, Loose direction & comtext completely, contradicting myself sometime, asking why am I doing this or what so great about nofap etc, till the point it gets worst and feel helpless or depressed.
