    Idk about smoking csnnabis but I heard jerking off is a similar kind of addiction to smoking weed, it would be pretty hard to find something to replace it with, and that "I'm done with work, so I can just jerk off" is so relatable man, maybe you should try to learn something that interests you? Like idk cooking or something, maybe something you wanted to learn as a kid
