    You’ve inspired my to get back in shape. I have kept walking 10-15,000 steps a a day but I started lifting again today and will try to get some muscle and definition again. I can’t let the knee replacement defeat me.

    I go to daily mass. Say the Rosary every day, St. Michael Prayer, read a chapter of the Bible every day, I am in formation to become a Secular Franciscan, go to confession monthly and when I look at porn. I do morning prayer, evening prayer and night prayer daily. I’m doing what I can.

    I’m 70 and have been struggling with it for 55 years. I don’t act on my inclinations but they are very strong at times. Sometimes I think
